Returns and Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges. We only offer refunds if the item is defective.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving. We will not process returns until your item is received by us. 

REFUND PROCESSES

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, please fill in the contact form or email support@homclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the defect and your order number.

RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, your package will be returned to us. You are entitled to a refund for the price of the products ordered. If you would like the package to be resent to you, you will be responsible for any postage costs.
